What is the lead time for orders?

Every Casa Biti piece is individually handmade to order. We do not carry stock, as we believe true luxury is created intentionally, one piece at a time.

Our standard creation timeline is approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the design and craftsmanship required. More intricate or highly detailed pieces may require up to 30 business days.

If you require your piece sooner, we do offer Rush Creation & Express Shipping whenever possible. We encourage you to send us a direct message so we can work personally with your timeline and accommodate special requests whenever feasible.

I have an inherited or sentimental piece I would like to revamp. How does the process work?

For heirloom transformations and deeply personal projects, we recommend our Atelier Virtual Experience.

This experience begins with a private virtual appointment where you share the garment or accessory along with your vision, inspirations, and desired transformation. Following our consultation, we collaborate internally with our design team to create a tailored proposal for your approval.

Once approved, we develop sketches and refined design concepts before you send us the piece.

The elaboration timeline depends on the complexity of the transformation, but throughout the entire process we remain in close communication, sharing updates and ensuring every detail reflects your vision with the utmost care and craftsmanship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Casa Biti proudly ships worldwide exclusively through DHL Express to ensure a secure and elevated delivery experience.

Shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the client and may vary depending on the destination country.

Do you have a physical store?

At this time, Casa Biti operates exclusively online.

Many Casa Biti creations are produced in extremely limited quantities or as entirely unique pieces. Due to the handmade nature of our work, no two creations are ever completely identical — which is part of their beauty.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our creations, all sales are considered final. However, client satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are always happy to assist with any concerns regarding your order.
