At Casa Biti, each piece is created exclusively to order. We do not hold inventory or pre-produced stock. Every item is crafted individually once your order has been placed.

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our creations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully prior to purchase. If you require any clarification regarding sizing, details, or product specifications, please contact us before placing your order.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, refunded, or returned.
